Our products are made for you in gold and silver plating. We use no nickel in our silver, so our jewelry is safe on even the most sensitive skin.
To best care for the products we create for you, we recommend removing your jewelry before contact with water (showering, swimming, washing hands, etc.). When not wearing your jewelry, we recommend storing it in an airtight container, such as your Jewelry Chef bag and the gift box that comes with each product.
All of our pieces are carefully handcrafted and worth the wait. Please note that expedited shipping only speeds up shipping times and does not speed up our processing times, which are listed below:
• Ready-to-ship items are processed and shipped within 1 business day. RTS items, if ordered with any custom-made items (for US orders only), will ship first.
• Custom-made items are made to order and are processed and shipped within 6 to 9 business days. A "made-to-order" item will be noted in the listing details.
You can check the current status of your order by visiting your purchase history when logged into your account.
• BRACELET | For a comfortable fit, we recommend ordering a size approximately 1/2 inch to 1 inch larger than your actual wrist size. Our chain bracelets come with a 1-inch extender for even more adjustable fit.
• NECKLACES | All lengths are measured in inches and include the CHARM + CHAIN combined to equal your chosen length. Our chain necklaces also come with a 1-inch extender for even more adjustable fit.
• RINGS | We create all our rings to standard US sizes. We recommend sizing your fingers for the most accurate fit. You can visit a local jeweler to get your desired finger size.
